MODseal Grass Pave is used for the construction of grass or gravel access pathways for emergency vehicles, over-flow parking, home driveways, golf buggy paths and boat parking rams and secondarily for slope stabilization and erosion control. MODseal Grass Pave replaces asphalt or concrete surfaces to create permeable surface and enables these areas to blend into the aesthetics of their surroundings.
MODseal Grass Pave is a lightweight high-strength structural module made from 100% re-cycled plastics designed to contain and stabilize grass or decorative gravel in areas subject to pedestrian and occasional vehicular traffic. MODseal Grass Pave modules consist of a network of high loadbearing porous cells which protect grass roots against compaction and or contain and stabilize decorative gravel. The cellular grid evenly distributes loads from pedestrian and vehicular traffic including large fi re trucks. Rainwater infiltrates freely to the substrate below preventing water-logging in the paved areas.
